Joiners Saddle Layout Square – Precision Woodworking Tool

Introducing our Precision Joiner’s Saddle Layout Square Tool, designed for accuracy and reliability in woodworking. This tool, crafted from high-quality aluminum, is built to endure the rigorous demands of various woodworking projects, making it essential for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

This layout square features a 3D miter scriber angle measuring template, allowing for precise 45 and 90 layouts. The innovative saddle square design is composed of two CNC-machined aluminum plates joined at a right angle, enabling you to efficiently mark both the face and edge of a board seamlessly around corners. The versatility of this tool extends to accurately continuing the short side of a 45 miter around the corner, ensuring precision in your joinery tasks.

Additionally, we’ve integrated scribing guides into both sides of the tool, complete with reference angles of 30, 45, 60, and 90. The construction process involves machining each side from a solid aluminum billet and securing them with an extended boss, which guarantees tight tolerances for flatness and perpendicularity. This attention to detail ultimately delivers the precision needed for effective joinery.

Enhance your furniture and cabinetry layout experience with a tool that combines functionality and durability, making woodworking projects more manageable.
