Milwaukee Self-Adjusting Wire Stripper & Cutter

RAPID AUTOMATED TERMINATION EFFICIENCY

For the industrial electrician managing high-volume panel schedules or repetitive commercial rough-ins, the Milwaukee 48-22-3082 represents a significant leap in production speed. This tool eliminates the mechanical fatigue and margin for error inherent in manual gauge-matching by utilizing a self-adjusting jaw mechanism that instantly grips and strips 10-20 AWG solid or 12-22 AWG stranded conductors. When your workflow demands dead-on consistency across hundreds of terminations, the integrated tension dial and adjustable depth stop ensure you meet NEC requirements without risking conductor damage or insulation over-stripping.

• / SELF-ADJUSTING JAW DESIGN: Automatically adapts to wire diameter for rapid, one-handed stripping of multiple wire types in a single pass.
• / PRECISION TENSION CONTROL: Adjustable dial allows for fine-tuned clamping pressure to accommodate varying insulation thicknesses and prevent copper scoring.
• / MULTI-CONDUCTOR CAPACITY: Specifically engineered to strip 12/2 and 14/2 NM cable, streamlining residential and commercial rough-in applications.
• / INTEGRATED WIRE CUTTER: High-leverage cutting blade positioned under the pivot point easily shears through 12/2 NM cable and copper conductors.
• / DEPTH STOP GAUGE: Features an adjustable stop to control the core strip length, ensuring uniform land-ins for terminal blocks and devices.
