Milwaukee 9/16 x 54″ Flexible Cable Auger Bit

BLIND-WALL WIRE ROUTING DOMINANCE

When you’re navigating complex wire runs through finished residential walls or commercial partitions, precision is the difference between a clean install and a costly drywall repair. The Milwaukee 48-13-8256 is the industrial electrician’s go-to for surgical wire routing. Engineered with a high-torque flexible shaft, this 54-inch auger snakes through wall cavities and between floors with surgical accuracy. The self-feeding screw-tip bites into wood immediately, while the specialized flute geometry ensures that wood chips are cleared rapidly, preventing the bit from binding in deep, unreachable spaces.

• / AGGRESSIVE SCREW-TIP: Provides rapid self-feeding through top plates and studs for high-speed low-voltage rough-ins.
• / DUAL PULL-THROUGH HOLES: Features wire-attachment holes at both ends, allowing you to pull your wire immediately after the breach without swapping tools.
• / 3-FLAT SECURE-GRIP SHANK: Engineered to eliminate bit slippage in the chuck, ensuring consistent torque delivery through the 54-inch shaft.
• / AUGER-STYLE FLUTE: Optimized for efficient chip ejection to maintain drilling speed and prevent overheating in deep wood-boring applications.
