Milwaukee Step Drill Bit 4MM-12MM

ACCELERATED HOLE PRODUCTION DOMINANCE

Maximizing field productivity requires drilling solutions that address the primary bottlenecks of metal fabrication: heat and bit binding. The Milwaukee 48-89-9301 Step Drill Bit is engineered with a specialized dual-flute geometry specifically optimized for the high-RPM cycles of cordless drill platforms. By integrating the Rapid Strike tip, this bit minimizes surface walking and thermal transfer, ensuring cleaner holes while extending battery run-time by up to 50 percent compared to standard competitive offerings. The industrial-grade black oxide coating provides the necessary surface lubricity to navigate thick steel and plastics without the standard friction-induced degradation seen in economy tooling.

• / JAM-FREE Dual-Flute Geometry: Engineered to provide superior chip evacuation and prevent binding at high speeds.
• / Rapid Strike Tip Technology: Facilitates instant, accurate centering while reducing friction for 4X longer bit life.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Eliminates bit slippage within the drill chuck for maximum power transmission in high-torque applications.
• / Laser-Engraved Markings: High-contrast reference points allow for precise hole sizing that remains visible throughout the bit’s lifecycle.
• / Optimized for Lithium-Ion: Refined bit geometry extracts more holes per charge, increasing overall site productivity.
