Milwaukee Drift Key for One Piece Core Bits

MAXIMUM CORING UPTIME EFFICIENCY

When you’re blasting through thick rebar-reinforced slabs on a bridge deck or high-rise foundation, every second of tool-handling matters. The Milwaukee 48-20-5497 Ejector Pin is engineered for the heavy civil operator who doesn’t have time to wrestle with stuck bits or slow transitions. This isn’t just a pin; it’s the critical component that allows you to transition from pilot to full-bore production without missing a beat, ensuring your SDS Max or Spline rigs stay profitable and on-schedule in the most unforgiving site conditions.

• / RAPID EXTRACTION: Instantly knocks out the 48-20-5495 centering bit so you can get back to high-torque boring without delay.
• / STRUCTURAL STRENGTH: Forged from high-grade alloy steel to survive the relentless percussive impact of 10+ Joule rotary hammers.
• / ELIMINATE THREAD DAMAGE: Precision-fit geometry protects your expensive core bit arbors from impact-related fatigue and mechanical seizing.
• / FLOW-STATE PRODUCTIVITY: Specifically designed for high-volume drilling where every minute of equipment downtime cuts directly into the project margin.
