Milwaukee SDS Plus Thin Wall Carbide Tipped Core Bit 1-3/4″

AGGRESSIVE MASONRY PENETRATION EFFICIENCY

Maximizing jobsite throughput requires consumables that respect the mechanical limits of your hardware. The Milwaukee 48-20-5030 Thin Wall Core Bit is an engineered solution designed to optimize the performance of SDS Plus rotary hammers by significantly reducing the surface area contact during drilling. This architectural design choice minimizes material displacement, allowing your motor to maintain higher RPMs under load while drastically reducing the thermal stress on the tool’s gearbox. For the fleet manager, this means extended tool life and a measurable increase in holes-per-charge on cordless platforms.

• / Thin Wall Geometry / Dramatically reduces friction to accelerate drilling speeds in dense masonry.
• / Optimized Fleet ROI / Lowers tool strain to extend the service life of SDS Plus rotary hammers.
• / Precision Centering / Includes a dedicated guide plate and centering pin to eliminate bit-walk and ensure layout fidelity.
• / Multi-Substrate Mastery / Engineered for high-speed performance in brick, block, and cured concrete.
