Milwaukee 4″ Dry Core Masonry Bit

HIGH-SPEED STRUCTURAL PENETRATIONS IN UNREINFORCED MASONRY

When the job demands rapid, clean openings through brick and cinder block without the mess of a wet-rig setup, this 4-inch diamond dry core bit delivers the necessary speed and durability for heavy civil applications. Engineered with a thinner wall profile, it minimizes surface resistance to increase drilling velocity, ensuring that utility penetrations and structural venting are completed on schedule. The integrated cooling slots are critical for thermal management during extended dry-drilling cycles, facilitating efficient dust and core extraction to prevent binding in deep 10-inch bores. Built to withstand the high-torque demands of professional core drills, this bit utilizes premium-grade diamonds to maintain cutting edge integrity through the toughest unreinforced masonry materials.

• / High-Grade Diamond Segments provide superior longevity and consistent cutting speed in abrasive brick and block.
• / Thin-Wall Geometry reduces friction and drag, allowing for faster material removal and reduced strain on the drive motor.
• / Large Cooling Slots facilitate rapid airflow to dissipate heat and simplify the removal of stubborn cores.
• / Universal 5/8″-11 Threading ensures seamless compatibility with standard high-capacity handheld and rig-mounted core drills.
