Milwaukee 1″ M18 ProPEX Expansion Head

LEAK-FREE CONNECTION ASSURANCE

When you’re out on a service call dealing with high-volume residential or commercial PEX-a systems, there’s zero room for error in your connections. The Milwaukee 49-16-2608 ProPEX expansion head is engineered specifically for the M18 platform to ensure every expansion is uniform and leak-free. Built to handle the rigorous demands of Uponor systems, this head features the critical auto-rotation interface that prevents thin spots in the tubing, giving you the confidence that once that fitting is set, it stays set for the life of the structure.

• / AUTO-ROTATE COMPATIBILITY: Integrates perfectly with Milwaukee cordless tools to deliver automatic, even expansion across the entire circumference of the PEX-a tubing.
• / CHROME PLATED DURABILITY: High-strength steel segments are chrome plated to resist the inevitable corrosion and weather found on rough-in sites.
• / COLOR-CODED RECOGNITION: Features a distinct black oxide ring for rapid size identification in a crowded tool bag, saving time during high-pressure service calls.
• / BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY: Engineered to fit not only M18 tools but also most legacy Uponor cordless expansion equipment for maximum fleet versatility.
