Milwaukee 1″ ProPEX Expansion Head

LEAK-FREE LARGE DIAMETER JOINTS

When you are sweating the clock on a high-stakes commercial retrofit, the last thing you need is a failed expansion joint on a 1-1/4 inch main line. This Milwaukee expansion head is my go-to for ensuring the molecular memory of PEX-a tubing snaps back with surgical precision. It is built to handle the heavy-duty cycling of the M18 system, providing the seamless auto-rotation that keeps every connection uniform without requiring manual clocking in a cramped mechanical room or overhead crawl space.

• / PRECISION-MACHINED SEGMENTS: Delivers exact expansion diameters for a watertight seal on high-flow ProPEX fittings every time.
• / INTEGRATED AUTO-ROTATION: Syncs perfectly with the M18 ProPEX Expander to eliminate uneven thinning of the pipe walls and potential leak paths.
• / CHROME-PLATED DURABILITY: Resists the harsh environments of wet service calls and prevents oxidation for a lifetime of smooth operation.
• / QUICK-CHANGE INTERFACE: Swaps onto your M18 or compatible Uponor tool in seconds, keeping your workflow moving at full speed during rough-ins.
• / COLOR-CODED IDENTIFICATION: Features a high-visibility band that enables instant selection in a crowded Packout, so you are not guessing between sizes.
