Milwaukee Quart Carriage Conversion Kit

MAXIMIZE DISPENSING VOLUME FOR LARGE-SCALE ADHESIVE APPLICATIONS

Transitioning from standard 10oz tubes to high-capacity quart cartridges is essential for maintaining productivity on commercial jobsites where linear footage and material volume are the priority. This conversion kit allows M18 caulk gun users to scale up their material delivery without investing in a completely new power head. By swapping the carriage and plunger rod, you gain the ability to handle 29 oz tubes, significantly reducing downtime spent reloading and ensuring a continuous bead for structural adhesives and heavy-duty sealants. The mechanical design ensures that the high-torque output of the M18 motor is efficiently transferred to the larger piston, maintaining the 950 lbs of dispensing force required for high-viscosity materials.

• / High-capacity 29 oz carriage accommodates standard quart tubes for industrial-scale sealing and bonding.
• / Integrated plunger rod and piston assembly ensures consistent pressure and prevents material bypass during high-pressure applications.
• / Seamless compatibility with the M18 cordless platform allows for quick field conversion between 10oz, sausage, and quart material sizes.
• / Heavy-duty steel construction maintains rigid alignment under maximum load to prevent tube flexing or breakage.
