Milwaukee 10oz Carriage Conversion Kit

MAXIMIZE VERSATILITY WITH SEAMLESS MATERIAL CONVERSION

Optimizing jobsite efficiency requires tools that adapt to shifting material requirements without necessitating entirely new power heads. The 48-08-1076 Conversion Kit allows professional users to transition their M18 high-capacity 20 oz sausage guns into precision 10 oz cartridge dispensers. By swapping the plunger rod and carriage assembly, you maintain the consistent flow control and high-pressure output of the M18 platform while utilizing standard caulking tubes. This mechanical modularity ensures a higher ROI on your cordless investment, allowing one tool to handle everything from heavy-duty structural adhesives to fine finish sealants.

• / Universal 10 oz carriage accepts all standard caulking tubes and cartridges for maximum material flexibility.
• / Spring-loaded tube retention mechanism firmly secures cartridges to prevent shifting during high-pressure applications.
• / Full system integration includes the 10 oz length plunger rod and piston assembly for a factory-spec fit.
• / Compatible with all M18 cordless caulk and adhesive gun power heads for seamless fleet management.
