Milwaukee 9/32″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

ENGINEERED FOR MAXIMUM DURABILITY AND CHIP CLEARANCE

The Milwaukee Thunderbolt series represents a significant mechanical upgrade over standard jobber bits, specifically engineered to solve the common issue of bit breakage under side-load pressure. By utilizing a thicker corethe Thunderbolt webthis 21/64″ bit maintains structural integrity during aggressive drilling cycles in metal, wood, and plastic. The parabolic flute geometry is a critical design choice for professional users, as it facilitates rapid chip evacuation, preventing heat buildup that typically dulls inferior bits. This mechanical efficiency ensures a higher return on investment through extended tool life and reduced downtime on the jobsite.

• / Thunderbolt Web Design: Features a thicker core than standard bits to provide ultimate strength and protect against breakage from side-loading.
• / 135 Split Point Tip: Precision start geometry prevents the bit from walking on contact, allowing for immediate penetration and accurate hole placement.
• / Parabolic Flute Geometry: Specifically shaped to clear debris and chips fast, keeping the bit cool and maintaining cutting edge sharpness.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Eliminates bit slippage within the drill chuck, ensuring maximum torque transfer and safety during high-torque applications.
• / Black Oxide Coating: Provides essential lubricity and corrosion resistance for long-term reliability in harsh environments.
