Milwaukee 19/64″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

ENGINEERED STRENGTH FOR HIGH-STRESS DRILLING APPLICATIONS

The mechanical failure of standard jobber bits often stems from side-load stress and heat buildup during repetitive cycles. The Milwaukee Thunderbolt design addresses these vulnerabilities head-on with a significantly thicker web core, providing the structural rigidity needed to resist snapping under heavy pressure. By utilizing a parabolic flute geometry, this bit maximizes chip evacuation, which is critical for maintaining lower operating temperatures and extending the tool’s service life. For professionals looking to maximize their ROI on consumables, the combination of a 135-degree split point and the Secure-Grip shank ensures every hole is started with precision and finished without the efficiency-killing slip common in standard round shanks.

• / Thunderbolt Web: Features a thicker core than standard bits to provide ultimate strength and protect against side-load breakage.
• / 135 Split Point: Precision tip starts on contact to prevent walking, ensuring accurate hole placement on flat or curved surfaces.
• / Parabolic Flute: Specifically designed to clear chips and debris rapidly, keeping the bit cool and maintaining cutting efficiency.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Prevents the bit from slipping in the drill chuck, maximizing torque transfer during heavy-duty drilling.
• / Black Oxide Coating: Provides essential lubricity and superior corrosion resistance for long-term jobsite durability.
