Milwaukee 1-1/4″ x 6-1/2″ Auger Bit

PRECISION GEOMETRY FOR HIGH-SPEED ROUGH-IN DRILLING

The Milwaukee 48-13-1250 is a precision-engineered solution for high-volume wood boring, designed to minimize the mechanical resistance that plagues standard bits. By integrating a double-wing spur geometry, the bit effectively pre-scores the wood fibers, resulting in a cleaner exit and significantly reduced breakouta critical factor when drilling through structural headers or finished joists. The 7/16-inch hex shank is fully impact-rated, providing the torsional strength required to handle the sudden torque spikes of an impact wrench, while the non-stick, polished flute coating ensures that chips are ejected instantly, preventing the corkscrew effect and overheating in deep-hole applications.

• / Double Wing Spurs: Scribes the hole circumference for fast, clean hole cutting and reduced breakout in structural lumber.
• / Non-Stick Polished Flutes: Coated surface eliminates costly cleaning time by preventing sap and resin buildup while accelerating chip ejection.
• / Impact-Rated 7/16″ Hex Shank: Engineered with the durability to withstand high-torque demands from impact wrenches and drivers.
• / Through-Center Cutting Design: Provides a more solid striking point against nails, ensuring long-term edge retention in nail-embedded wood.
