Milwaukee 23/64″ THUNDERBOLT Titanium Drill Bit

ENGINEERED FOR EXTREME CORE STRENGTH AND THERMAL RESISTANCE

Standard drill bits often fail at the core when subjected to the high-torque demands of modern brushless impacts and drills, but the Milwaukee Thunderbolt series is engineered to solve for side-load breakage. By utilizing a thicker web than traditional bits, this titanium-coated bit provides the structural integrity needed for deep-hole drilling in metal, wood, and PVC. The 135 split point is a critical mechanical feature for professionals, ensuring the bit stays exactly where you set it without walking, even on rounded pipe or slick surfaces. This is an essential accessory for those prioritizing long-term ROI and reduced downtime on the jobsite.

• / Reinforced Thunderbolt Web: Features a thicker core than standard bits to provide ultimate strength and protection against side-load breakage.
• / Titanium Coating: Actively reduces heat build-up during high-speed applications, extending the life of the cutting edge by up to 3X.
• / 135 Split Point Tip: Delivers a precision start on contact, preventing bit walking for more accurate holes in metal and PVC.
• / Parabolic Flute Geometry: Specifically designed to clear chips and debris rapidly, maintaining cooler operating temperatures.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Prevents the bit from slipping in the chuck, ensuring maximum torque transfer and safety.
