Milwaukee 31/64″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

MAXIMUM CORE STRENGTH FOR HIGH-TORQUE DRILLING APPLICATIONS

Engineered to solve the common failure point of standard bits, the Milwaukee Thunderbolt 23/64″ Black Oxide Drill Bit features a significantly thicker core to provide ultimate protection against side-load breakage. This reinforced web design is critical when drilling through thick-gauge metals or curved surfaces where bit flex often leads to snapping. The 135 split point eliminates the need for a center punch by starting on contact, preventing the bit from walking across the workpiece and ensuring professional-grade accuracy in metal, wood, and PVC. For the high-volume user, the parabolic flute geometry is a mechanical advantage, ejecting chips rapidly to reduce heat buildup and extend the cutting life of the edge.

• / Thunderbolt Web Design: Thicker core provides superior structural integrity and resists snapping under heavy side-loading.
• / 135 Split Point Tip: Delivers an immediate, precision start on contact to prevent walking and improve hole placement accuracy.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Mechanical flats prevent the bit from spinning in the drill chuck during high-torque applications.
• / Parabolic Flute Geometry: Clears chips and debris faster to minimize friction and maintain cooler operating temperatures.
• / Black Oxide Coating: Enhances lubricity and provides a critical layer of corrosion resistance for long-term jobsite durability.
