Milwaukee 3/4″ ProPEX Expander Head w/ RAPID SEAL

ACCELERATED THERMAL SEALING DOMINANCE

When you’re out on a service call in sub-zero temperatures, the last thing you want to do is sit around waiting for PEX-A to contract so you can pressurize the system. The Milwaukee 49-16-2416 1″ ProPEX Expander Head with RAPID SEAL is engineered specifically for the service plumber who values high-velocity production. By redesigning the segment geometry, Milwaukee has slashed the wait time for pressure tests by up to 65% in cold weather, ensuring you can verify your connections and get to the next ticket without the typical thermal delay.

• / RAPID SEAL Technology: Optimized segment design provides the fastest sealing times in the industry, even as ambient temperatures drop.
• / Precision Auto-Rotation: Fully compatible with the auto-rotate mechanism on M12 and M18 tools for perfectly uniform expansions.
• / High-Strength Steel Construction: Chrome-plated segments and a black oxide ring offer maximum resistance to the corrosive environments of a wet job site.
• / 360-Degree Visibility: Size markings on both the collar and the ring allow for immediate identification in low-light crawl spaces.
