Milwaukee EXACT 3″ Die

ELIMINATE MEASUREMENT ERROR IN STAINLESS

When you’re punching out a 316 stainless enclosure on a high-volume industrial site, there is zero margin for drift. The Milwaukee EXACT 1-1/4″ Punch and Die system is engineered for the career electrician who demands production-grade speed without sacrificing code-compliant precision. By integrating engraved crosshairs directly into the die, we’ve eliminated the guesswork of centering, allowing for perfect alignment with your layout marks every single time. This isn’t just a hole maker; it’s a precision instrument designed to bypass the frustrations of traditional knockout sets.

• / VIVID ALIGNMENT: Engraved crosshairs on the dies provide maximum visibility for dead-on accuracy against pre-drawn layout lines.
• / OPTIMIZED SLUG REMOVAL: Advanced tooth geometry splits slugs instantly, while dedicated removal ports ensure debris clears the die without jamming.
• / DUAL-STEEL RATING: Heavy-duty construction allows for seamless punching through both 10-gauge mild steel and 12-gauge stainless steel.
• / SPACER-LESS DESIGN: Engineered to function without the need for additional spacers, reducing setup complexity and improving cycle time on the job.
• / LARGE ID MARKINGS: High-contrast sizing permits rapid identification in a crowded job box, preventing tool selection errors.
