Milwaukee Carbide Hole Cutter Pilot Bit

STAINLESS STEEL PENETRATION MASTERY

When you’re staring down a NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure, standard high-speed steel bits simply won’t cut itthey burn out and stall your production. The Milwaukee 49-57-8660 is engineered for the industrial electrician who demands precision and longevity in the most abrasive materials. Its one-piece solid construction eliminates the run-out found in multi-part assemblies, ensuring that every hole for your conduit or push-button is exactly where code requires it to be without compromising the structural integrity of the panel.

• / CARBIDE-TIPPED TEETH: Delivers extreme tool life and faster cutting speeds through stainless steel and heavy-gauge alloys.
• / STOP-SHOULDER DESIGN: Prevents over-drilling beyond a 3/16-inch depth, protecting sensitive internal components during panel modifications.
• / AUTOMATIC PLUG EJECTION: The heavy-duty spring-loaded pilot bit clears debris instantly, maximizing efficiency during high-volume installs.
• / 3-FLAT SHANK: Optimized for high-torque drill/drivers to eliminate chuck slippage and provide maximum power transfer.
