Ramboo 6 inch Wall Brush Mixed Bristle

Ramboo 6 inch Wall Brush Mixed Bristle

The Ramboo 6 inch Wall Brush with Mixed Bristle is a professional plastering brush for wetting down walls before sponging or final trowelling. Because it combines natural and synthetic bristles, it holds water well and releases it evenly across the surface. As a result, it is a standard tool in a plasterer’s kit for both internal and external finishing work.

Key Features

• 6 inch wide brush head good coverage for wetting down wall sections before finishing passes.
• Mixed natural and synthetic bristles optimum blend for water retention and even release across the surface.
• Traditional wooden handle copper bound for durability.
• Product code: WALLBRUSH6

Why Wetting Down Matters

Wetting down the wall before sponging or final trowelling prevents the plaster from drying too quickly on the surface. In particular, this is important in warm weather or on absorbent backgrounds where suction pulls moisture out of the plaster rapidly. For this reason, a wall brush is an essential tool alongside the sponge float on finishing work. For smaller areas and tighter spaces, the Ramboo 5 inch Wall Brush (WALLBRUSH5) is also available.
