The Airco style 144 cutting tips is designed for hand or machine cutting of rusty, oxidized, or painted surfaces on low carbon steel and steel castings. It is a medium preheat, one piece cutting tip for use with acetylene.

The 144 fits the following Airco style torch models:4700, 4800, 5700, 5800, 1100, 3000, 9000, and 9700.
