Milwaukee 1-1/2″ x 18″ Ship Auger Bit

PRECISION BORING PERFORMANCE FOR HIGH-TORQUE APPLICATIONS

Engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of modern high-torque impact drivers and right-angle drills, the Milwaukee 48-13-6500 Ship Auger Bit represents a significant advancement in wood-boring technology. By integrating an impact-rated shank, this bit eliminates the need for constant tool swapping, allowing professionals to transition seamlessly between fastening and drilling. The mechanical geometry features a 20 rake angle that is specifically hardened to survive nail strikesa common point of failure in standard bitsensuring a longer service life and a higher return on investment for the heavy-duty user.

• / Impact-Rated Shank: Engineered to handle the high-torque output of impact wrenches and drivers without shearing.
• / Double Wing Spurs: Scribes the circumference of the hole continuously to deliver clean, splinter-free exits in dimensional lumber.
• / Non-Stick Coated Flutes: Polished surface reduces friction and heat buildup, facilitating rapid chip ejection during deep-hole drilling.
• / Reinforced Rake Angle: The 20 one-face design provides superior nail resistance and allows for easy field sharpening to maintain peak performance.
