Milwaukee 1/4″ Cut Off Wheel Arbor

MAXIMIZED ABRASIVE VERSATILITY

From a mechanical engineering and fleet maintenance perspective, the 48-07-2486 adapter is a critical component that bridges the gap between precision grinding and high-speed cutting. This adapter is engineered to maintain perfect rotational concentricity at the extreme velocities produced by the M12 FUEL brushless platform. By integrating this heat-treated steel interface, technicians can transform their die grinder into a dedicated surgical cutting tool, ensuring that 2-inch abrasive wheels track true with zero runout, which significantly preserves the life of the tool’s internal spindle bearings and maximizes the ROI of your M12 fleet.

• / INDUSTRIAL-GRADE CONCENTRICITY: Precision-machined steel ensures a balanced rotation that eliminates vibration and chatter during high-speed metal removal.
• / 21,000 RPM PERFORMANCE RATING: Specifically engineered to handle the maximum output of M12 FUEL Die Grinders without mechanical fatigue or warping.
• / SEAMLESS SYSTEM INTEGRATION: Provides a rock-solid lock for 2″ x .040 x 1/4″ wheels, expanding the utility of your existing 2485 and 2486 platforms.
• / HEAT-TREATED DURABILITY: Constructed from high-strength alloy steel to withstand the thermal stresses of continuous-duty cutting applications.
