Milwaukee 1-5/8″ Electromagnetic Drill Kit

ULTIMATE STRUCTURAL STEEL PENETRATION

When you are hanging iron or retrofitting bridge spans, you cannot afford a mag drill that walks or chokes under load. The Milwaukee 4272-21 is a high-torque beast engineered for the sheer survival requirements of the heavy civil jobsite. Powered by a heavy-duty 13-amp motor, this unit delivers the fastest drilling speeds in its class whether you are running annular cutters or traditional twist bits. It is built to dominate thick-gauge steel with a magnetic base that locks down like a permanent weld, ensuring dead-on accuracy in the most demanding vertical and overhead environments.

• / 13-Amp Motor: Engineered for maximum power to maintain constant speed under high-load drilling in structural steel.
• / Dual-Speed Gearbox: Optimized 475 RPM and 730 RPM settings provide the perfect torque-to-speed ratio for both cutters and bits.
• / Tool-Free Adjustments: Rapidly transition between annular cutters and twist bits without digging through a toolbox for wrenches.
• / Industrial Magnetic Base: High-holding force ensures the drill stays seated during heavy feed rates for safer operation.
