Milwaukee 1″ Pre-Stressed Diamond Wet Core Bit

ENGINEERED FOR PRECISION CORING IN PRE-TENSIONED CONCRETE

When you’re drilling into structural slabs or pre-cast beams, the stakes are significantly higher than standard masonry. This 1-inch diamond wet core bit is engineered specifically for the unique challenges of pre-stressed concrete, where hitting a tensioned cable or heavy wire mesh can stall a rig or damage the structural integrity of the pour. The specialized cutting segments feature narrow gaps designed to glide over steel reinforcements rather than snagging, ensuring a smooth, continuous bore through high-density material without compromising the bit or the workpiece.

• / Specialized segment geometry prevents snagging on pre-tensioned cables and wire mesh for safer, more efficient drilling.
• / High-grade diamond concentration delivers exceptional speed and longevity in the most demanding heavy civil applications.
• / 15-inch drilling depth provides the reach necessary for deep structural penetrations and thick industrial foundations.
• / Industry-standard 5/8″-11 threading ensures seamless compatibility with professional-grade handheld and rig-mounted core drills.
