Milwaukee 11/64″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

ENGINEERED FOR MAXIMUM CORE STRENGTH AND CHIP CLEARANCE

Professional-grade drilling requires a bit geometry that can withstand the lateral forces of portable drilling without sacrificing speed. The Milwaukee 11/64″ Thunderbolt Black Oxide bit is engineered with a significantly thicker core than standard bits, providing the structural integrity needed to prevent breakage under side-load pressure. This “Thunderbolt” web design, paired with a parabolic flute, ensures that heatthe primary enemy of bit longevityis dissipated through rapid chip evacuation. Whether you’re working on flat stock or curved surfaces, the 135-degree split point ensures a precision start without the need for a center punch, making it a staple for any high-production kit.

• / Thunderbolt Web: Features a thicker core than standard drill bits to provide ultimate strength and protect against side-load breakage.
• / 135 Split Point Tip: Delivers a precision start on contact to prevent walking, allowing for fast and accurate holes in metal, wood, and plastic.
• / Parabolic Flute Form: Engineered to clear chips and debris rapidly, keeping the bit cool and extending the life of the cutting edge.
• / Black Oxide Coating: Provides superior lubricity and resists corrosion, ensuring long-term durability in demanding jobsite conditions.
