Milwaukee 17PC SAE Tap and Die Set

MAXIMUM THREADING DURABILITY AND PRECISION

The Milwaukee 17-Piece SAE Tap and Die Set is engineered for the professional who demands mechanical consistency in metal fabrication and repair. This kit addresses the common failures of standard sets by utilizing a heavy-duty Black Oxide coating to mitigate corrosion and frictional wear. Whether you are chasing threads in mild steel or tapping new holes in brass or aluminum, these tools deliver the structural integrity required for long-term fleet maintenance and high-production workshop efficiency. The integration of laser-etched sizing ensures that even after years of shop abuse, your identification remains crystal clear for rapid deployment.

• / Black Oxide Protection: Enhanced corrosion resistance ensures long-term tool life in harsh industrial environments.
• / Laser-Etched Markings: Permanent, high-visibility sizing allows for immediate identification under heavy jobsite use.
• / Universal Hex Dies: 1-inch hex shape is compatible with the Hex-LOK 2-in-1 Handle and all standard die stocks.
• / Precision Machined Taps: Square shank plug taps designed specifically for efficient chip evacuation in through-hole applications.
• / Application Versatility: Optimized for cutting threads in brass, aluminum, and mild steel when used with cutting fluid.
