Milwaukee 2 ProPEX Expander Head For M18FUEL 2ProPEX Expander

MAXIMIZED EXPANSION EFFICIENCY FOR COMMERCIAL PEX

When you’re roughing-in high-diameter PEX-A on a commercial site, there is zero room for seal failure or cycle lag. The Milwaukee 49-16-2613 expansion head is specifically engineered to handle the heavy-duty demands of 2-inch Uponor ProPEX systems, ensuring every expansion is perfectly uniform and ready for a leak-free fit. By utilizing an integrated cone design, this head minimizes the travel length of the expansion cone, effectively shortening the cycle time so you can move through heavy-duty risers and mains with surgical speed.

• / OPTIMIZED CONE GEOMETRY: Reduces expansion cycle travel for maximum speed during high-volume commercial installations.
• / CHROME-PLATED SEGMENTS: High-strength steel construction provides superior durability and resists the corrosive environments of active jobsites.
• / AUTO-ROTATE COMPATIBILITY: Engineered for seamless integration with the M18 FUEL platform to ensure even, reliable expansion of PEX-A pipe.
• / RAPID IDENTIFICATION: High-contrast size markings on the ring and collar allow for quick orientation checks even in low-light mechanical rooms.
• / WEATHER-RESISTANT FINISH: Black oxide ring components prevent rust and oxidation during long-term field use.
