Milwaukee 23/64″ COBALT RED HELIX Drill Bit

MAXIMUM HEAT RESISTANCE FOR HARD METAL PENETRATION

Engineered for the high-torque demands of stainless steel and cast iron, the Milwaukee COBALT RED HELIX drill bit is the professional solution for extreme metalworking. By utilizing a variable helix design that transitions from an aggressive 35 angle to a 15 exit, this bit facilitates Rapid Chip Removal to mitigate the primary enemy of drill bits: heat friction. The cobalt construction maintains structural integrity and edge sharpness in temperatures that would cause standard black oxide bits to fail, ensuring a significantly higher return on investment through tool longevity.

• / 135 split point geometry delivers a precision start on contact, eliminating bit walk on curved or hardened surfaces without the need for a center punch.
• / RED HELIX variable flute design clears debris faster, reducing thermal load and keeping the cutting edge sharper for up to 10X longer life.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip shank locks the bit into the chuck, preventing rotational slippage during high-load drilling in thick-gauge materials.
• / Integrated CHIP BREAKER technology breaks up large metal ribbons into smaller pieces to prevent flute clogging and work-surface scratching.
