Milwaukee 29/64″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

REINFORCED CORE TECHNOLOGY FOR MAXIMUM DRILLING UPTIME

The Milwaukee 48-89-2735 is engineered to solve the most common failure point in jobsite drilling: bit snapping under side-load pressure. By utilizing the proprietary Thunderbolt weba significantly thicker core than standard jobber bitsthis bit maintains structural integrity when drilling through tough alloys or curved surfaces where deflection is inevitable. The 135 split point eliminates the need for a center punch, biting into the material immediately to prevent walking and ensure hole concentricity. For high-volume applications, the parabolic flute geometry is critical, ejecting chips rapidly to minimize heat buildup and extend the life of the cutting edge, providing a superior professional ROI compared to standard high-speed steel alternatives.

• / THICKER WEB DESIGN: Engineered with a reinforced core to provide ultimate strength and protect against breakage during heavy side-load applications.
• / 135 SPLIT POINT: Delivers a precision start on contact, preventing bit walking for faster, more accurate holes in metal, wood, and PVC.
• / PARABOLIC FLUTE: Specifically designed to clear chips and debris quickly, reducing friction and heat for a longer-lasting cutting edge.
• / 3-FLAT SECURE-GRIP SHANK: Eliminates bit slipping in the chuck, ensuring maximum torque transfer and safety during high-torque drilling.
• / BLACK OXIDE COATING: Provides essential lubricity and corrosion resistance, maintaining performance in demanding jobsite environments.
