Milwaukee 3″ Diamond Premium Wet Core Bit

HIGH-SPEED PENETRATION FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES

When you’re core-drilling through cured concrete with heavy rebar and hard aggregate, you need a bit that won’t glaze over or stall out. These Diamond Premium bits are engineered for the high-torque demands of the MX FUEL platform, ensuring consistent feed rates even when hitting medium steel reinforcement. The V-shaped turbo segments are the difference-maker here, reducing surface friction to initiate the cut faster and maintain high-speed material removal throughout the depth of the pour. Designed for the rigors of heavy civil infrastructure and structural retrofitting, this bit provides the durability required for high-production drilling schedules.

• / V-Shaped Turbo Segments: Engineered for faster cutting action and immediate engagement in hard aggregate.
• / Reinforced Steel Compatibility: Optimized diamond bond maintains high drilling speeds through medium steel reinforcement.
• / Threaded Cap Design: Simplifies the use of bit extensions for deep-hole drilling in thick structural slabs.
• / 1-1/4″-7 Thread: Universal compatibility with MX FUEL Core Drills and high-capacity corded rigs.
• / Wet-Use Optimization: Maximum cooling and slurry removal for extended bit life in high-production environments.
