Milwaukee 31″ Guide Rail

31-INCH PRECISION TRACK FOR CABINET-GRADE FINISHES

Achieving shop-quality results on the jobsite requires more than just a sharp blade; it demands absolute stability and a zero-clearance edge. This 31-inch guide rail is the essential companion for the M18 FUEL 6-1/2″ Plunge Track Saw, specifically sized for efficient cross-cuts and smaller panel breakdowns where a full-length rail is too cumbersome. By utilizing the integrated anti-splinter strip, you effectively eliminate tear-out on delicate veneers and pre-finished materials, ensuring every cut is ready for assembly without additional sanding or cleanup. The rails geometry provides a rigid, laser-straight path that outperforms traditional circular saw fences and rivals the accuracy of a stationary table saw.

• / Replaceable anti-splinter strip provides a zero-clearance edge to prevent wood fiber tear-out on critical finish surfaces.
• / High-friction rubber pads on the underside grip the workpiece securely, often eliminating the need for track clamps on horizontal cuts.
• / Low-friction PTFE top strips ensure the saw base glides smoothly for a consistent, jitter-free feed rate.
• / Extruded aluminum construction offers the perfect balance of lightweight portability and long-term structural rigidity.
