Milwaukee 4″ DIAMOND ULTRA Dry Core Bit

MAXIMUM PRODUCTION CONCRETE CORING FOR HEAVY CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE

When you’re pushing through reinforced concrete, brick, or block on a high-demand jobsite, downtime for bit swaps or slurry management isn’t an option. The Milwaukee 4″ DIAMOND ULTRA Dry Core Bit is engineered for the heavy civil professional utilizing the MX FUEL platform to achieve maximum throughput without the mess of wet-cutting systems. Featuring advanced thin kerf segments, this bit reduces the surface area of the cut, allowing your core drill to maintain higher RPMs and penetrate harder aggregates faster than standard dry bits. Optimized for the high-torque demands of the MX FUEL Core Drill, these bits leverage top-tier diamond concentrations to ensure structural penetrations are clean, precise, and completed in a fraction of the time.

• / Thin Kerf Segment Design delivers the fastest drilling speeds in the industry by minimizing material resistance.
• / Optimized for MX FUEL to provide up to 20% more runtime per charge, keeping crews productive through long shifts.
• / 1-1/4″-7 Thread Connection allows for direct, no-adapter mounting to professional-grade core rigs for maximum rigidity.
• / 13″ Full Drilling Depth provides the reach necessary for standard wall and floor slab penetrations without extensions.
