Milwaukee 5/64″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

MAXIMUM CORE STRENGTH FOR AGGRESSIVE DRILLING APPLICATIONS

The Milwaukee Thunderbolt Black Oxide Drill Bit is engineered to solve the most common failure point in jobsite drilling: side-load breakage. By utilizing the proprietary Thunderbolt weba significantly thicker core than standard jobber bitsthis bit maintains structural integrity under heavy pressure and high-torque demands. The 135 split point geometry eliminates the need for center punching by biting into the material on contact, making it the ideal solution for drilling into curved surfaces or stainless steel where bit walking can ruin a workpiece. Designed for the professional who demands mechanical reliability, the parabolic flute geometry ensures rapid chip evacuation, preventing heat buildup and extending the life of the cutting edge during repetitive drilling cycles.

• / Thunderbolt Web: Thicker core design provides ultimate strength and protects against breakage from side-loading.
• / 135 Split Point: Precision start tip begins cutting on contact to prevent walking and ensure accurate hole placement.
• / Parabolic Flute: Specially designed geometry clears chips and debris faster to keep the bit cool and maintain cutting efficiency.
• / Black Oxide Coating: Provides superior lubricity and resists corrosion for long-term durability in harsh environments.
• / 3/8″ Reduced Shank: Increases versatility by allowing this 1/2″ bit to be used in standard 3/8″ drill chucks.
