Milwaukee 5/8″ RLS Pivoting Press Ring

FLAMELESS PRECISION FOR TIGHT-SPACE REFRIGERATION CONNECTIONS

Eliminating the need for hot work permits and the bulky setup of nitrogen purging, this 5/8″ RLS ACR Pivoting Press Ring is a game-changer for high-pressure refrigeration line sets. When you’re tucked into a tight mechanical closet or working overhead in a crowded commercial ceiling, the pivoting functionality allows the ring to orient independently of the tool, providing 180 degrees of access that fixed rings simply can’t match. Engineered specifically for the RLS fitting system, this ring ensures a permanent, leak-proof seal on copper tubing without the risk of oxidation or scale buildup common with traditional brazing.

• / PIVOTING DESIGN: Delivers unrivaled access in cramped quarters by allowing the tool to rotate away from obstructions.
• / RLS COMPATIBILITY: Specifically engineered to provide the high-pressure compression required for RLS refrigeration fittings.
• / FAIL-SAFE BLOCKING SYSTEM: Integrated press blocking prevents improper ring and ring-jaw mismatch, ensuring every connection is code-compliant.
• / SPRING-LOADED ALIGNMENT: Simplifies one-handed operation by snapping securely onto the fitting before the press cycle begins.
• / DUAL PLATFORM: Fully compatible with both M12 and M18 FORCE LOGIC Press Tools for maximum fleet versatility.
