Milwaukee 5″ DIAMOND ULTRA Dry Core Bit

MAXIMIZING THROUGHPUT IN REINFORCED CONCRETE AND MASONRY

When you’re managing a heavy civil site, production rates are the only metric that matters. These 5″ DIAMOND ULTRA Dry Core Bits are engineered to maximize the output of the MX FUEL platform, utilizing a thin kerf segment design that reduces the surface area of the cut. By minimizing friction, you’re not just getting faster penetration through cured concrete and block; you’re significantly reducing the thermal load on the tool and extending battery runtime by up to 20%. The 1-1/4″-7 thread connection provides a rigid, direct-drive interface that eliminates the runout often found with stacked adapters, ensuring clean, structural-grade penetrations every time.

• / Thin Kerf Segments: Engineered to provide the fastest drilling speeds in high-PSI concrete and masonry by reducing material resistance.
• / Optimized Runtime: Delivers up to 20% more holes per charge on the MX FUEL Core Drill compared to previous generation dry bits.
• / Direct-Thread Connection: 1-1/4″-7 thread allows for easy, no-adapter mounting to maintain maximum torque transfer and concentricity.
• / 13″ Drilling Depth: Provides the necessary reach for standard wall and slab penetrations without the need for additional extensions.
