Milwaukee 5″ X 22″ One Piece SDS Max Core Bit

MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PULVERIZATION

When you’re punching through high-PSI cured concrete on a bridge deck or a structural foundation, you don’t have time for bits that bind or lose their edge. The Milwaukee 48-20-5438 One Piece Core Bit is engineered for the heavy-duty operator who needs clean, large-diameter penetrations without the logistical overhead of a full-rig core machine. Built to withstand the brutal impact of the industry’s hardest-hitting SDS Max hammers, this bit turns raw energy into sheer material displacement.

• / ASYMMETRIC TOOTH GEOMETRY: Alternating tooth patterns shatter hard aggregate and masonry on contact, significantly increasing drilling speed compared to standard flat-edge bits.
• / SOLID ONE-PIECE CONSTRUCTION: Maximizes energy transfer from the hammer to the carbide tips, eliminating the vibration and power loss common in multi-piece core systems.
• / DEBRIS-CLEARING FLUTES: The fluted core exterior minimizes surface friction and accelerates dust removal to prevent overheating during deep-well applications.
• / THICK-WALL DURABILITY: Reinforced body design maintains structural integrity even when subjected to the extreme torque and percussion of MX FUEL or high-capacity corded rotary hammers.
