Milwaukee 6 ft Screed Bar

MAXIMUM VIBRATORY CONSOLIDATION EFFICIENCY

When you’re pouring high-spec slabs, any flex in your screed bar means an out-of-tolerance finish and a massive headache for the crew. The Milwaukee 48-38-2006 6ft Screed Bar is engineered for the brutal realities of heavy civil concrete placement. Utilizing a high-rigidity double triangle geometry, this bar eliminates the common dampening effect found in inferior designs, ensuring that the high-frequency vibrations from your MX FUEL power head are transmitted uniformly across the entire six-foot span. This is the difference between a perfect strike-off and a slab that requires hours of unnecessary hand-troweling.

• / DOUBLE TRIANGLE ARCHITECTURE: Provides extreme rigidity to prevent bowing and ensures consistent consolidation depths across the entire width.
• / LIGHTWEIGHT MAGNESIUM CASTING: Drastically reduces the overall weight of the assembly to combat operator fatigue during long continuous pours.
• / TOOL-FREE CLAMP SYSTEM: Allows for rapid attachment or repositioning on the power screed machine without drilling holes that compromise structural integrity.
• / UNIFORM VIBRATION TRANSMISSION: Specifically tuned to work with the MX FUEL system for deep-consolidation results in high-slump and low-slump mixes.
