Milwaukee 6″ X 22″ One Piece SDS Max Core Bit

MAXIMUM AGGREGATE DESTRUCTION

When you are boring 4-inch penetrations through reinforced concrete bridge decks or structural foundations, there is zero room for equipment failure. This SDS-Max One-Piece Core Bit is engineered for the heavy civil sector, built to withstand the punishing impact energy of the industry’s highest-joule rotary hammers. By utilizing a specialized one-piece construction, we eliminate the energy loss found in multi-piece adapters, ensuring every foot-pound of impact is delivered directly to the carbide teeth. It is the difference between clearing a schedule and fighting a bind-up on a high-stakes job site.

• / High-Grade Carbide Teeth: Engineered to slice through heavy aggregate and masonry without the tip-shearing common in lesser-grade bits.
• / Direct Energy Transfer: One-piece design ensures maximum force from the SDS-Max shank reaches the cutting edge for faster drilling cycles.
• / Thick-Wall Durability: Constructed with a reinforced body that resists the mechanical fatigue of 10-20lb hammer classes.
• / Optimized Fluting: Rapidly evacuates concrete dust to keep the core cool and prevent thermal expansion binding during deep-bore applications.
