Milwaukee 7/32″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

MAXIMUM CORE STRENGTH FOR AGGRESSIVE DRILLING APPLICATIONS

Engineered for the high-torque demands of professional handheld drilling, the Milwaukee Thunderbolt Black Oxide bit is designed to solve the most common failure point in jobsite drilling: side-load breakage. By utilizing the proprietary Thunderbolt weba significantly thicker core than standard HSS bitsthis bit maintains structural integrity under heavy pressure. The 135-degree split point eliminates the need for center punching by biting into the material on contact, while the parabolic flute geometry ensures rapid chip evacuation to manage heat buildup and extend the cutting edge’s service life.

• / Thunderbolt Web: Thicker core design provides ultimate strength and protects against breakage from side-load forces.
• / 135 Split Point: Precision tip starts on contact to prevent walking, making it ideal for drilling on curved or uneven surfaces.
• / Parabolic Flute: Specially designed geometry clears chips and debris fast to keep the bit cool and maintain drilling speed.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip Shank: Three flat sides on the shank prevent the bit from slipping inside the drill chuck during high-torque applications.
• / Black Oxide Coating: Provides essential lubricity and superior corrosion resistance for long-term professional use.
