Milwaukee 7/64″ THUNDERBOLT Black Oxide Drill Bit

ENGINEERED FOR EXTREME DURABILITY AND TORSIONAL STRENGTH

Standard jobber bits often fail at the web when subjected to the high-torque demands of modern brushless drivers. The Milwaukee Thunderbolt design addresses this failure point by utilizing a thicker core that significantly increases structural integrity against side-load breakage. This isn’t just about longevity; its about maintaining productivity on the jobsite by reducing bit swaps. The parabolic flute geometry is optimized for rapid chip evacuation, which is critical for heat managementthe primary enemy of bit sharpness. Whether you’re drilling through carbon steel or alloy, the 135-degree split point ensures the bit bites immediately, eliminating the need for a center punch and preventing the ‘walking’ that ruins finished surfaces.

• / THICKER WEB DESIGN: The reinforced Thunderbolt core provides ultimate strength to protect against breakage during heavy side-loading and high-torque applications.
• / 135 SPLIT POINT: Precision start tip begins cutting on contact to prevent walking, ensuring accurate hole placement on flat or curved surfaces.
• / PARABOLIC FLUTE: Specially engineered geometry clears chips and debris fast to keep the bit cool and extend the life of the cutting edge.
• / BLACK OXIDE COATING: Provides essential lubricity and resists corrosion, reducing friction and heat buildup during repetitive drilling tasks.
• / VERSATILE SHANK: Designed for maximum compatibility with portable drills and 3/8 in. chucks, offering a secure fit for professional-grade performance.
