Milwaukee 7/8″ RLS Pivoting Press Ring

FLAMELESS ACR CONNECTIONS IN CONFINED REFRIGERATION UNITS

Eliminating the torch on a jobsite isn’t just about safety; it’s about speed and precision. These ACR Pivoting Press Rings are engineered to handle the high-pressure demands of refrigeration systems using the RLS fitting platform. By utilizing a pivoting action, you can navigate around condenser coils and tight cabinetry that would otherwise require a full teardown. The integrated blocking system is a critical fail-safe, ensuring you never mismatch the ring and jaw, which is vital for maintaining system integrity and avoiding costly refrigerant leaks. Whether you are running new lines or performing service in a cramped mechanical room, this flameless solution keeps the workflow moving without the need for hot work permits.

• / Optimized for RLS fittings to ensure leak-free ACR connections without the hazards of brazing.
• / Pivoting ring design provides maximum maneuverability in dense mechanical clusters and tight service panels.
• / Press blocking technology eliminates the risk of using the wrong jaw and ring combination for total peace of mind.
• / Spring-loaded design allows for easy, one-handed alignment onto the fitting in overhead or awkward positions.
