Milwaukee 7 in. Backing Pad

ULTRA-LOW PROFILE FINISHING PRECISION

Engineering a high-output finish requires more than just a quality compound; it demands a stable mechanical foundation. This 2-inch sanding backing pad is specifically calibrated to handle the high-torque, brushless output of the M12 platform, ensuring that every ounce of motor efficiency is translated directly to the work surface without energy loss or unnecessary vibration. For the professional shop manager, this pad represents a critical link in the workflow, designed to mitigate heat buildup that can compromise clear coats and finish integrity.

• / VIBRATION DAMPENING CORE – Optimized weight distribution reduces operator fatigue and prevents tool housing wear during prolonged refinishing cycles.
• / HIGH-TORQUE STABILITY – Built with a reinforced threaded hub to maintain perfect concentricity even under heavy downward pressure.
• / THERMAL RESISTANT POLYMER – Advanced materials prevent pad deformation in high-speed sanding applications, maintaining a flat profile for uniform material removal.
• / PRECISION ALIGNMENT SYSTEM – The integrated center hole facilitates instantaneous abrasive centering, eliminating off-balance rotation and surface marring.
