Milwaukee 9/32″ COBALT RED HELIX Drill Bit

MAXIMUM HEAT RESISTANCE FOR HARD METAL DRILLING

When your application involves drilling through stainless steel, cast iron, or high-tensile alloys, thermal management is the difference between a clean hole and a ruined bit. The Milwaukee 9/32″ Cobalt RED HELIX drill bit is engineered specifically for these high-heat environments. By utilizing a variable helix designstarting at an aggressive 35 and tapering to 15this bit clears chips rapidly to prevent heat soak and extend the life of the cutting edge. The 135 split point ensures the bit bites immediately upon contact, eliminating the need for a center punch and preventing walking on polished surfaces. For the professional demanding maximum ROI and minimal downtime in the toughest materials, these cobalt bits deliver up to 15X the life of standard black oxide alternatives.

• / Variable RED HELIX geometry clears material faster to reduce thermal stress and stay sharper longer.
• / 135 split point tip provides a precision start on contact, preventing bit walk on hard metals.
• / Cobalt alloy construction maintains structural integrity at high temperatures, ideal for stainless steel.
• / 3-Flat Secure-Grip shank prevents the bit from spinning in the chuck under high-torque loads.
