Milwaukee Centering Pin for Large Thin Wall Core Bits

MAXIMUM STABILITY CORE ALIGNMENT

Heavy civil work demands uncompromising precision when dealing with large-bore penetrations in high-strength concrete. The Milwaukee 48-20-6155 is the structural anchor for your drilling operation, engineered to eliminate the erratic bit-walk that can compromise layout accuracy and chew through expensive diamonds. When you are running a massive thin-wall core bit on a bridge deck or a deep foundation, this pin provides the rigid pilot point necessary to maintain a true center from the first revolution, ensuring that your crew stays on print and on schedule.

• / STOP BIT WANDERING: Guarantees a precise start on polished stone or reinforced concrete by providing a fixed guide point that prevents surface skidding.
• / OPTIMIZED FOR LARGE BORES: Specifically designed to work with thin-wall core bits 1-3/4 inches and larger for heavy-duty site utility applications.
• / RAPID EXTRACTION: Engineered for quick removal once the bit is seated, ensuring you do not lose production time during full-depth penetration.
• / REINFORCED STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Built to endure the high-frequency vibration and intense impact energy of industrial-grade rotary hammer systems.
