Milwaukee EXACT 1-3/8″ SINK Punch

STAINLESS STEEL PENETRATION EFFICIENCY

In the world of high-volume industrial electrical installations, punching through 16-gauge stainless steel sinks is often a bottleneck that drains productivity and wears down equipment. The Milwaukee 49-16-2701 EXACT system is engineered specifically to eliminate these inefficiencies by providing a high-torque, precision-ground solution that splits slugs for rapid removal and maintains code-compliant accuracy on every hole.

• / SLUG-SPLITTING GEOMETRY: Unique punch tooth design breaks slugs into manageable pieces, preventing them from binding to the draw stud.
• / LASER-ENGRAVED CROSSHAIRS: Permanent markings on the die allow for instant alignment with your layout marks, ensuring dead-nuts accuracy on critical surfaces.
• / STAINLESS STEEL RATED: Specifically hardened to withstand the abrasive nature of 16-gauge stainless while maintaining an edge longer than standard knockout gear.
• / BOLD SIZE IDENTIFICATION: High-contrast ID markings on the exterior of both the punch and die allow for rapid selection in low-light environments.
