Milwaukee EXACT 1″ Die

HIGH-PRODUCTION CONDUIT ALIGNMENT

When you’re punching through 10-gauge stainless steel on a high-density NEMA enclosure, there’s no room for layout drift or equipment failure. The Milwaukee EXACT 2-1/2″ Punch and Die set is engineered for the industrial electrician who demands code-compliant precision and rapid-cycle productivity. By eliminating the need for cumbersome spacers and integrating laser-etched crosshairs, this system transforms one of the most tedious tasks on the job site into a streamlined, high-speed operation that ensures every conduit run sits perfectly square.

• / PERMANENT ALIGNMENT: Engraved crosshairs on the dies provide dead-on accuracy when matching pre-drawn layout marks, preventing offset errors in complex conduit banks.
• / DUAL-METAL CAPACITY: Specialized tooth geometry allows for clean, burr-free punching in both mild and stainless steel without premature tool wear.
• / SPACER-LESS DESIGN: Streamlines the setup process by removing unnecessary components, allowing you to transition between holes faster than traditional knockout systems.
• / SLUG-FALL TECHNOLOGY: Integrated removal ports and optimized splitting geometry ensure slugs drop freely every time, preventing the dreaded tool-jam.
• / HIGH-VISIBILITY ID: Oversized markings on both the punch and die allow for instant identification in low-light electrical rooms or deep cabinets.
