Milwaukee EXACT 5″ Die

ELITE CONDUIT PENETRATION PERFORMANCE

When you are facing a bank of NEMA 4X enclosures or high-gauge stainless panels, there is no room for layout drift or equipment failure. The Milwaukee EXACT 1″ Knockout Punch and Die is purpose-built for the industrial electrician who prioritizes production speed and code-compliant precision. By eliminating the tedious spacer requirements of legacy systems and utilizing advanced tooth geometry, this punch delivers a clean, burr-free hole in both mild and stainless steel, ensuring your conduit runs remain perfectly aligned and professional.

• / EXACT Tooth Geometry: Optimized to split slugs instantly, preventing binding and facilitating rapid removal during high-volume installs.
• / Laser-Engraved Crosshairs: Delivers the industry’s clearest alignment with pre-drawn layout marks, even in low-light industrial environments.
• / Rated for Stainless Steel: Robust metallurgy allows for repeated punching through 12-gauge stainless steel without premature dulling.
• / High-Contrast ID Markings: Large, permanent size identifiers allow for quick selection in tool bags or storage bins.
• / Spacerless Operation: Streamlines the setup process, reducing the number of components needed to complete a punch.
