Milwaukee EXACT 5″ Punch

STREAMLINED CONDUIT HOLE PRODUCTION

When you are face-to-face with a stainless NEMA 4X enclosure or a heavy-gauge commercial panel, precision and production speed are the only metrics that matter. The Milwaukee EXACT 1-1/4″ Conduit Punch and Die (49-16-2687) is engineered for the industrial electrician who demands code-compliant accuracy without the typical fatigue of manual slug removal. By utilizing a optimized tooth geometry, this system bites into both mild and stainless steel with surgical efficiency, ensuring clean entries every time.

• / Laser-Engraved Crosshairs: Provides the clearest alignment in the industry, allowing you to match pre-drawn layout marks with dead-nuts accuracy.
• / High-Velocity Slug Removal: Integrated ports within the die prevent material binding, ejecting slugs instantly to maintain high-volume workflow.
• / Spacer-Free Operation: Designed for the Milwaukee Knockout System, these dies eliminate the need for tedious spacers, cutting down setup time on every hole.
• / Heavy-Duty ID Markings: Large, high-contrast size identification allows for rapid selection in low-light utility rooms or crowded gang boxes.
