Milwaukee EXACT 7/8″ SINK Die

STAINLESS STEEL PENETRATION DOMINANCE

In the world of high-volume industrial installations, nothing slows down a production schedule like the stubborn resistance of 16-gauge stainless steel sinks. The Milwaukee 49-16-2705 EXACT SINK 1-3/8″ Punch and Die set is engineered specifically to eliminate the friction of hole-making in heavy-duty fixtures. By leveraging precision-ground tooth geometry, this system bypasses the heat and chatter associated with step bits, delivering burr-free results that meet strict code requirements for fixture diameter with absolute repeatability.

• / STAINLESS RATED PERFORMANCE: Specifically optimized to punch through 16-gauge stainless and mild steel without premature tool wear.
• / EXACT ALIGNMENT SYSTEM: Features laser-engraved crosshairs on the die for perfect registration with pre-drawn layout marks.
• / SLUG-SPLITTING GEOMETRY: Advanced punch profile splits the metal slug into two pieces for effortless removal and zero hang-ups.
• / HIGH-VISIBILITY ID: Large size markings allow for rapid identification in crowded tool bags or jobsite environments.
